Specialising in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform I combine Marketing Automation (ClickDimensions, D365 for Marketing, dotmailer/dotdigital, Adobe Experience Cloud) with Marketing Resource Management and CRM (D365 for Sales).
My most recent focus has been helping businesses implement the Microsoft Power Platform, combining Power BI, PowerApps and Flow (Power Automate) to transform their operations, including support for ISVs to develop and commercialise their own PowerApps.

• Microsoft Teams integration with the Power Platform
• Training and team readiness, including writing and delivering Train the Trainer content to Microsoft partners on behalf of Microsoft
• Team management and competency building, including training a new D365 CE team in Sydney, taking them from novice to certified professional in 2 weeks
• Product development, supporting early adopter PowerApps ISVs to define, build, test and commercialise their Apps
